For CA health plans, it's fastest if you apply directly through our Eligibility page. However, some plans require a referral from your primary care provider (PCP) before we can process your application.

• IEHP Members: Your provider must submit a referral on your behalf before you can enroll.
• All Other Plans: While not required, we encourage all members to get a provider referral, as it can help show your health plan that this program is medically necessary for you.
