If you're an active Tangelo member, your health plan may offer free nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian as part of your meal benefit. Some plans require you to complete a session before receiving meals, while others offer it as an optional, no-cost service you can take advantage of at any time.


Either way, this is a great opportunity to get expert guidance on healthy eating, meal planning, and nutrition strategies that can help you feel your best—at no extra cost if your health plan covers it!


Who Is Eligible?

This benefit is available only to active Tangelo members whose health insurance has approved it. If your plan isn’t listed below, that means this service is not included in your benefits at this time.


What to Expect in Your Session

During your 30-minute virtual session, you’ll meet with a registered dietitian who will help you:

✅ Get practical tips for meal planning and better eating habits
